About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp AI Video Editor who combines traditional post-production skills with generative AI tools to create high-performing, scroll-stopping video content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- AI-Assisted Production: Generate custom motion graphics, B-roll, voiceovers, and avatars using generative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
- Core Editing: Cut, assemble, and edit high-quality short-form (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) and long-form content using Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or CapCut.
- Workflow Speed: Use AI tools (Descript, AutoCut) for fast transcript editing, filler-word removal, smart reframing, and multi-language captions.
- Prompt Engineering:



Write and refine prompts for text-to-video and image-to-video to keep visuals on-brand and artifact-free.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio featuring AI-driven or AI-assisted content.
- Proficiency in NLEs: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
- AI Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and Descript.
- Social-First Mindset: Robust grasp of hook strategies, pacing, aspect ratios, and trends for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
