- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to effectively liaison between clients and senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of CRM platforms and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Capacity to interpret survey data and present findings in structured reports.

Responsibilities

- Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries across various channels (email, phone, social media),



ensuring they are documented and assigned to the correct team member.
- Manager Coordination & Follow-ups: Proactively track pending tasks and remind managers of scheduled follow-ups with leads or clients to prevent missed opportunities.
- CRM & Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate lead details, interaction logs, and status updates.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and team productivity using Excel or BI tools.
- Market Survey & Research: Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
