DSI Interiors is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out and residential project execution at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, ensuring quality work, and completing projects within timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise interior site work including civil, modular, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain work quality standards
- Ensure projects are completed within given timelines
- Handle site measurements and material management
- Maintain proper workforce discipline and safety at site
- Prepare daily work reports and update management regularly
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and designs

Requirements





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior or construction site supervision
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects
- Basic understanding of drawings and site measurements
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ability to manage labor and vendors effectively
- Must be punctual, responsible, and hardworking
- Candidate should be comfortable traveling to different project sites

Preferred Skills

- Experience in turnkey interior projects
- Knowledge of modular furniture and luxury interior execution
- Problem-solving and project coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
