Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company products/services and explain features & benefits.
- Fix appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass /Diploma/ Graduate (any stream).
- 6 months –2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
- Good communication skills (Tamil as Regional Language preferred).
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
