E-commerce Marketplace Executive (D2C & Marketplaces)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and scale our online marketplace presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory and promotions across all marketplaces.

* Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations and customer ratings.

* Execute marketplace campaigns, deals and promotional calendars.

* Coordinate with design, warehouse, operations and customer support teams.

* Manage marketplace advertising and improve product visibility.

* Track sales performance, ROAS, conversion rates and marketplace KPIs.

* Ensure accurate inventory synchronisation between ERP, Shopify and marketplaces.

* Analyse competitor pricing and marketplace trends.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.





Marketplaces You’ll Manage Fashion & Lifestyle and Quick Commerce

Requirements

* Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing fashion brands on marketplaces.

* Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and seller panels.

* Experience with catalogue management, inventory, pricing and order processing.

* Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.

* Good understanding of Excel and reporting.

* Experience with Shopify and ERP systems is an advantage.

* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
