Position Title: Junior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance Department
Location: PUNE
Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations in an HVAC company. The role involves maintaining records of project-related expenses, vendor bills, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
- Handle vendor invoices, purchase bills, and subcontractor payments.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Maintain project-wise expense tracking and cost records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Support in preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for billing and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of vouchers,



bills, and accounting documents.
- Assist senior accountant in audits and financial closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably HVAC / MEP / construction industry).
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and billing processes.
- Solid MS Excel skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
