About the Role

Are you a Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years’ experience in Audit looking to dive into the deep end of the profession? We are looking for a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Manager to join our core audit and advisory team.

At Singhi & Co., you won't just be "ticking and tying." You will be on the front lines of financial integrity, helping diverse clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. If you have a keen eye for audits, and perhaps a slight obsession with Excel shortcuts, team management skills we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Your portfolio will be diverse, offering a 360-degree view of the CA practice:

- Statutory & Tax Audits: Leading audit assignments from planning to finalization, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, Accounting Standards, and Income Tax provisions.
- Due Diligence: Assisting in financial due diligence for M&A; or investment scenarios.
- Certifications: Handling various statutory certifications and filings as required by regulatory authorities.
- Advisory: Supporting senior partners in providing accounting related advice to clients.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualification:



Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 4-5 years of post qualification experience
- Technical Edge: Strong foundational knowledge of IndAS, Auditing Standards, CARO reporting, Income Tax and Companies Act.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex financial findings to clients without sounding like a textbook.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in SAP (preferred), and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 4-5 members and guide them to ensure deliverables.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: ₹15.00 LPA to ₹18.00 LPA (Based on interview performance and past experience).
- Allowances: Competitive outstation travel and conveyance allowances.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
