Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through execution. This role requires creativity, problem-solving abilities, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
- Create 3D models and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining Aureate's quality standards.
- Research and introduce innovative materials, products, and design solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural planning and interior detailing.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and building materials.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios may also be considered.
