- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus management, and data backups.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for AMC, repairs, and new installations.
- Maintain IT asset register and software license records.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Manage company website and update content regularly.
- Handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.




- Create engaging digital content, including posters, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately.
- Optimize website and social media content for SEO.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing agencies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Manage online advertisements through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate monthly digital marketing performance reports.
