About the Role:
Shahiris Restaurant is looking for an experienced Tandoor CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our culinary team. We are seeking a passionate professional with expertise in authentic North Indian tandoor cuisine who can consistently deliver exceptional quality and maintain the highest standards of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes including curries, naan, porottas, kulchas, and other tandoor specialties.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
- Follow standard recipes and assist in developing new menu items.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always met.
- Handle ingredients responsibly,



ensuring proper storage and freshness.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
- Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP specializing in North Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
