Position: Sales Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the Proposal and Project teams for successful execution.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in the Water Treatment, STP, ETP, WTP,



or Industrial Equipment industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
