Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation.
Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements.
Management of Z stages & ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product.
Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns and executing corrective measures along with CFT.
Global demerit audit – for ongoing models & current projects. Maintain test bed & run the engines as per SOP.
Conducting Product / Process audits & reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan.
Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns.
Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard.
Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile
General Experience
7 to 10 years (minimum) In Automobile industry
