Patel Infraspace Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer – Civil Engineering to expand our client base and drive business growth in the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will identify current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, participate in tendering activities, and coordinate with internal teams to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government departments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
- Visit client offices and project sites to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, capability profiles, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with the estimation and engineering teams to prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals.




- Monitor government and private tenders and support the tender submission process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports for management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹19,537.89 - ₹40,919.43 per month
