Job Summary

Rohana Veterinary Diagnostics Lab is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, maintain sales records, and monitor market trends to drive business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.




- Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
