A) stamping process

B) welding process

Job responsibility : -

Guidance to vendors in the following area

Root cause analysis

Countermeasure action implementation

Robust poka yoke.

New model parts pfmea

Establishment of key quality system.

Discussions & review meetings with vendor top management

Competency requirements : -

Hands-on experience in area of press & weld parts.

Should be conversant with latest technology in stamping and welding area (e.g) nut manager, adoptive guns etc.

Positive presentation and communication skills,

Basic computer knowledge in ms excel, power point

Specific expertise for functional area : -

Experience in press tool and welding fixture designing and development.

Educational essential requirement : -

Degree / diploma in mechanical engineering from a reputed institution
