Hiring Alert – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: West Fort, Thrissur

KLM Assets Fin invites applications from energetic and performance-driven professionals for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM). Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving branch growth by acquiring new customers, increasing chit enrolments, and strengthening the branch's market presence.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates residing in Thrissur district, preferably in West Fort or nearby areas
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert potential customers into active subscribers through effective sales initiatives.
- Conduct field visits, promotional campaigns, and networking activities to increase awareness of the company's chit fund products.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Meet monthly sales and enrolment goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.




- Ensure timely follow-up on installment payments and assist in maintaining a quality customer portfolio.
- Evaluate local market conditions, identify emerging business opportunities, and recommend initiatives to improve branch performance.
- Work closely with branch personnel to ensure efficient customer onboarding and seamless service delivery.
- Prepare periodic business reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in NBFC, Chit Fund, or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer engagement and business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
