Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented and enthusiastic Banquet Sales Coordinator to support banquet sales, client coordination, and event execution. The role involves managing enquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring every event is delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle banquet and event enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, function sheets, and event-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients from enquiry to event completion.
- Conduct venue site visits and assist in showcasing banquet facilities.
- Work closely with Banquet Operations, F&B;, Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams.
- Ensure all client requirements, event details, menus, seating plans, and special requests are communicated accurately.
- Maintain sales records, follow-up lists, and booking status reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving banquet revenue targets.
- Ensure timely payments, contracts, and confirmations from clients.
- Address client concerns professionally and maintain solid guest relationships.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
