Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Corporate Marketing

About the Role

Felix Hospital is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and well-groomed professional to join our Corporate Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing and managing private corporate tie-ups, generating business opportunities, and driving patient referrals. The candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a strong business development mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new private corporate clients for healthcare services and employee wellness programs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, MNCs, SMEs, industrial units, educational institutions, and business organizations.
- Drive business through corporate empanelments, annual health check-up (AHC) tie-ups, cashless healthcare partnerships, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Generate revenue by acquiring new corporate accounts and expanding existing business relationships.
- Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, and negotiations with HR, Admin, and Leadership teams.
- Plan and execute health camps, wellness sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Insurance/TPA, Medical, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, MIS, sales pipeline, and business forecasts.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Business Development, or Institutional Sales.
- Candidates currently handling Private Corporate Tie-ups will be given preference.
- Healthcare/Hospital background will be preferred; however, candidates from insurance, diagnostics, wellness, or healthcare-related industries with relevant corporate marketing experience may also apply.
- Strong understanding of corporate empanelment processes, healthcare packages, and B2B sales.
- Existing network with HR, Admin, Corporate Decision Makers, and Business Heads will be an added advantage.

- Willing to travel across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, and nearby corporate hubs.
