Job Title: Logistic Operator

Location: Dahej Gujarat
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Documentation & Billing: Prepare and verify all essential dispatch documents, including E-Way bills, Commercial Invoices, Delivery Challans (DC), and Gate Passes.
- Vehicle Tracking & Coordination: Follow up daily with transporters and drivers to track the status of inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods. Report any delays immediately to the seniors.
- Gate & Loading Operations: Coordinate with the plant security gate and loading supervisor to ensure vehicles enter, load/unload, and exit the premises in a timely manner.
- Hazardous Cargo Compliance Check: Verify that incoming chemical tankers have valid basic paperwork, including driver HAZCHEM licenses, vehicle fitness certificates,



and TREM Cards (Transport Emergency Cards) before loading.
- Data Management: Maintain daily dispatch logs, vehicle inward/outward registers, and freight data accurately in MS Excel or the company’s ERP system.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the Production and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure material is ready and approved for loading before the vehicles arrive.
