Must have Skills:
1. Strong in testing non-negotiable
2. Strong in Telecom functional knowledge. Either CRM / Billing / Charging non-negotiable
3. Strong in one or two applications from one of the functional areas. CRM Siebel / Microsoft Dynamics, Billing BSCS / CBS, etc.
Other Skills:
Self Motivated, Continuously learn and improve skills
Positive Team player. Work independently when required.
Good communication skill
Strong understanding of basic concepts and knowledge about advanced concepts
