Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive/Tele caller to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and drive enrollment and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of our services and courses.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or enrollments.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and nurture leads.
- Stay updated on our offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
- Prior experience in education or training sales is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam are required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
