Job Description

A Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They often lead key accounts, mentor junior sales staff, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and sales meetings
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to improve client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Mentor and support junior sales executives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience handling enterprise or key accounts
- Knowledge of industry-specific sales practices and market trends

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
