Job Title: Civil & site Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and estimates.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that construction plans are feasible and meet building codes.

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that construction meets required standards.

- Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, site inspection reports, and project completion reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential and commercial building construction.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, and other civil engineering software.

- Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with project management software.

- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building principles.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with client interaction and project coordination.

Salary Structure:

Salary - 15000/- To 30000/- +Fuel Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
