Qualification

- B.Tech Mechanical / B.Tech Electrical

Experience

7–8 years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Injection & Blow Molding machines.
- Maintain utilities, electrical systems, PLC, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Troubleshoot machines and utilities, minimize downtime.
- Handle shift maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Spare parts management and reliability improvements.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 5S and ISO 9001/+91-XXXXXXXXXX compliance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Injection & Blow Molding process, PLC controls, electrical panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, utilities, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, spare parts, RCA, and ISO systems.
