A tour operator plans, organizes, and packages travel itineraries—including transportation, accommodation, and activities—for customers. They negotiate with suppliers (hotels, airlines) to create competitively priced packages, manage logistics, and offer customer support to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

- Itinerary Planning: Design, plan, and organize comprehensive travel packages and experiences.
- Supplier Negotiations: Liaise with vendors, including hotels, airlines, and local operators, to secure competitive pricing and services.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all travel arrangements, including transport and activities, for a smooth operation.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, offer advice on destinations, and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promote tour packages via websites, travel agents, and promotional materials.




- Risk Management: Ensure travelers are safe and travel arrangements comply with local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Organization: Robust logistical and organizational skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages is often beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
