ob Summary

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Floor Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital . The candidate will ensure smooth patient care coordination, maintain departmental discipline, support clinical and non-clinical teams, and enhance patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the assigned hospital floor.
- Ensure smooth admission, transfer, discharge, and patient movement.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Housekeeping, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, MRD, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall floor maintenance.
- Attend to patient and attendant concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure availability of required supplies, equipment, and patient amenities.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and duty allocation on the floor.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and report operational issues to the Hospital Administration.
- Maintain records, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies,



infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Support patient feedback collection and implementation of service improvements.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, patient services, or healthcare coordination.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hospital Information System).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

As per experience and hospital norms.
