We are looking for a Social Media Content Developer who can transform large-scale institutional content into highly engaging, personalized narratives for our alumni community.

This role sits at the intersection of content curation, AI-driven personalization, and alumni engagement, requiring both creativity and strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities

Content Curation & Transformation

Source and curate content from 300+ affiliated Amrita digital and social media platforms (websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Adapt and repackage this content specifically for alumni audiences, ensuring relevance, clarity, and engagement.

AI-Driven Personalization

Use AI tools and structured thinking to tailor content to different alumni segments (by batch, domain, geography, interests).

Convert generic institutional updates into personalized,



high-impact alumni stories and insights.

Continuously improve content relevance using feedback and engagement metrics.

Alumni-Centric Storytelling • Identify and highlight alumni achievements, journeys, and contributions.

Develop compelling narratives that strengthen emotional and qualified connection with the alumni community.

Collaboration & Co-Publishing

Work closely with internal teams, departments, and content owners to align messaging.

Drive co-publishing initiatives with various Amrita platforms to ensure consistent alumni-focused storytelling.

Act as a bridge to help other teams understand alumni perspectives and engagement needs.

Influencer & Community Engagement

Identify and collaborate with alumni influencers across industries and geographies.

Build relationships to encourage content amplification and community participation.

Support campaigns that leverage alumni voices for wider reach and credibility.
