We are looking for a Content Strategist our content initiatives and drive brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage the content team (writers, designers, video editors)
- Plan and oversee content for social media, websites, blogs, and ad campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all platforms
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in content creation/strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, and performance marketing is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in agency or startup setting
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Basic understanding of paid ads and campaign strategy

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
