NRT is today developing multiple programs in Next Generation Mission & Technologies (NGM&T;) in Aerospace and Defense for Military and Civilian use by the Indian Ministry of Defense, National Disaster Response Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Telecommunications and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Systems Development

- Architect, design, and develop communication technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies for integration into UAS platforms
- Design and implementation of RF and other wireless links and networks
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes
- Integrate communication hardware with avionics and embedded systems

Manage Operations:

- Plan and execute lab experiments, field tests, and flight trials
- Perform verification and validation of test cases
- Manage lifecycle issues related to communication hardware, software, and associated resources

Software & Process Development:

- Write, build and maintain productive, reusable and reliable software modules
- Establish standardized processes for system integration and evaluate common tools
- Prepare timely and accurate documentation for all tasks, including design reviews and internal records

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Strong fundamentals and familiarity of wireless communication concepts and technologies is necessary.
- Experience or coursework in wireless communication, computer networks and embedded systems.
- Exposure to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar SoCs
- Experience with Python scripting

Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

- Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in working on relevant projects and internships are preferred.
