Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Oversee accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, and treasury operations.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor institutional expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial analysis to senior management.
- Manage banking relationships, investments, loans, and fund utilization.




- Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and procurement-related expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and government financial guidelines.
- Support strategic planning and business growth through financial insights.
- Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounts team.
- Collaborate with HR, Administration, Procurement, and other departments on financial planning.
- Develop financial policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
