Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, creative, and energetic Content Creator who is passionate about creating engaging digital content and staying updated with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating short-form videos, writing compelling scripts, and producing content that drives engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning & Creation
- Research trending topics and social media trends daily.
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop educational, promotional, testimonial, and brand-awareness content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Script Writing

- Write engaging video scripts with strong hooks and clear call-to-actions.
- Create scripts in English, Malayalam, and Manglish as required.
- Work closely with trainers and the marketing team to develop educational and promotional content.

Video Production

- Coordinate and participate in video shoots.
- Guide presenters during recording to ensure high-quality content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and office activities.
- Review and provide feedback during the video editing process.

Social Media Content

- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Stay updated on viral trends, audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple engaging formats.




- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Technical, and Placement teams for content requirements.
- Work with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills. Experience in writing engaging video scripts.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content strategies.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN Editor, or similar software.
- Experience using Canva for basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI for content ideation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
