We are seeking a team-oriented Project Coordinator with an MBA background and strong computer fundamentals to support our cross-functional Agile teams (DEV, QA, IT, Product). You will ensure smooth collaboration, maintain JIRA workflow health, and gradually grow into Scrum Master responsibilities. Scrum knowledge is a plus but not mandatory—we prioritize strong communication, team collaboration, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- JIRA Workflow Management: Ensure stories are created, estimated, and properly moved through the workflow
- Facilitate Collaboration: Bridge communication between DEV, QA, IT, and Product teams; facilitate daily stand-ups
- Track Progress: Monitor sprint health, velocity, and identify bottlenecks
- Support Planning: Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
- Remove Impediments:
Identify and escalate blockers that hinder team progress
- Process Improvement: Suggest workflow improvements based on team feedback
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in any technical field
- Strong computer/technical fundamentals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with JIRA and Agile tools
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Agile environment experience
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent
- Familiarity with Kanban or Lean principles
- Experience with CI/CD or deployment processes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
