About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to create impactful digital and print creatives. We prefer candidates who are based in Bengaluru and can communicate fluently in Kannada as the role involves close collaboration with local teams, vendors, and on-ground events.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

* Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

* Create promotional materials for product launches, campaigns, events, and brand collaborations.

* Design banners, posters, brochures, standees, flyers, invitations, and other marketing collateral.

* Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.

* Develop creative concepts that align with the brand identity.

Social Media & Digital Content

* Design Instagram posts,



stories, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails, and digital advertisements.

* Create creatives for performance marketing campaigns and social media promotions.

* Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and video editors to produce engaging visual content.

Event & Retail Marketing

* Design creatives for Seere Santhe events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

* Create in-store branding materials, signage, product tags, packaging, and display graphics.

* Support festive campaigns, seasonal collections, and marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Execution

* Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams to understand project requirements.

* Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

* Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,217.15 - ₹34,571.69 per month
