About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of innovative user interfaces and exceptional user experiences, leading the design and implementation of UI/UX solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of UI/UX solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices for UI/UX design
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and inform design decisions with data-driven insights
- Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve the design process
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and coding standards

Requirements

- Have 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design,



with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces
- Be proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have a strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices
- Have experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
