Skill Set :-

- Good knowledge of Auto CAD software with excel for BBS generation
- Knowledge of REVIT / CADS RC / RGS will be added advantage
- Knowledge of International standards e.g US/ BS would be added advantage

Responsibilities :-

- Development of marking plans and elevations of concrete structure
- Coordinate reinforcement with other services for clashes
- Prepare Detailed BBS with bar mark and shape codes
- Prepare comprehensive bar bending schedules, specifying lengths, shapes, and quantities of rebar required.
- Collaborate with design engineers, architects,
- Ensure all detailing adheres to applicable codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Raise RFI for missing information in design document

Qualification :

- I.T.I draftsman / Diploma with Civil Engineering
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering with valuable communication skill be added advantage
