Job Title: Relationship / Sales Manager – CASA (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)

Position Purpose
Acquisition of high-end Current/Savings Accounts through the open market, along with cross-selling of other banking products.

Key Responsibilities

- Recent-to-bank acquisition of high-end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure of monthly CASA targets. Adherence to policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML.
- Ensure successful onboarding of customers for a smooth transition to the branch banking team.
- Activation of customers — ensure customers maintain required balances and start transactions in their accounts (within M1 & Q1); 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB; 75% penetration of internet banking; 50% penetration of DSB.
- Drive lead generation activities.




- Cross-sell — lead generation/basic enquiry, liaising with the Branch Manager & product teams (trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.) to offer the right business solutions to customers.

Qualifications

- Minimum: Graduate
- Preferred: MBA / IRDA qualified

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in new-to-bank current account acquisition with a bank, preferably in the SME segment
- Good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new-to-bank acquisition
- Knowledge of the local language required

Technical Skills

- Good Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade/FX preferred

Pay: ₹18,338.06 - ₹45,000.00 per month
