Role & Responsibilities:
Importance to All the Machines.
Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve production targets.
Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets, and machine scheduling (weekly/daily and shift wise).
Control inventory and raw material handling.
Follow 5S & Kaizen and safety work on the shop floor.
Control and trouble shooting, handling shop floor operations.
Develop strong motivational relationships and communication with operators.
Maintain valuable housekeeping & discipline on the shop floor.
Implementation of safety audits,
Handling of shift and manpower & achive target of machine plan.
Making daily basis production report.
Process Improvement & control Screp.
Major determinants for Selection:
Duty for 8 Hrs+4.hrs OT
