Qualification

- Master's Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. (Preferred, if applicable).
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms such as Google Classroom and Zoom.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lectures effectively.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Design assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students academically.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and research activities.
