Job Summary
The Assistant Teacher will support lead teachers in managing classroom activities, assisting students, and ensuring a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the teaching field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in classroom teaching and daily activities
- Support lesson execution and preparation of basic teaching materials
- Help maintain discipline and student engagement in class
- Assist students with their learning and activities
- Help in correcting notebooks and maintaining records
- Support school events,
functions, and co-curricular activities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers and coordinators
- Participate in training and staff meetings
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- B.Ed is NOT required
Experience:
- Freshers can apply

- Basic communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Interest in teaching and working with children
