About the Role

J.S.A Packaging, a growing name in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator & Data Entry Executive. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations—ensuring seamless order processing, accurate data management, and excellent coordination between our clients and internal teams.

If you have a strong eye for detail, basic knowledge of sales processes, and excellent computer skills, we want you on our team!

Note: Candidates residing in Dombivali, Kalyan, or Thane are highly preferred for an easier commute. Employment Type: Full-Time

What You Will Do

Sales & Order Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Process customer orders efficiently and track them meticulously from initial inquiry to final dispatch.
- Prepare essential sales documentation, including accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and regular sales reports.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide order updates and resolve queries.

Data Management & Reporting

- Accurately enter and update customer details, order statuses, and inventory data into the company system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date database of all sales transactions.
- Generate timely MIS reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to help management track performance and inventory.

Cross-Functional Communication

- Liaise daily with Production,



Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Handle skilled correspondence via emails and phone calls.
- Manage the client follow-up schedule and ensure no inquiry falls through the cracks.

Who We Are Looking For

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or commerce background is preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar sales coordination, back-office, or data entry role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations. Familiarity with ERP or CRM software is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, alongside fluency in Hindi or Marathi.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry will give you a strong advantage.
