Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth booking and documentation.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates Must Be Fluent in Hindi & Marathi. Basic English comprehension & communication are required While good spoken English will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct sales is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
