Job Description – Quality Incharge (Chemical & Rubber) – Fresher

Position: Quality Incharge – Chemical & Rubber
Industry: Rubber Hoses Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher (Diploma in Rubber Technology, Polymer Technology, or related field)
Location: Baghpat (Dundhera)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in quality inspection and testing of raw materials, rubber compounds, and finished rubber hoses as per defined standards.
- Perform routine laboratory tests such as hardness, tensile strength, elongation, specific gravity, and other physical & chemical tests.
- Monitor rubber compounding, mixing, and production processes to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain test records, inspection reports, quality documents, and laboratory registers.
- Identify quality deviations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.




- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve day-to-day quality issues.
- Support new product development, sample testing, and validation activities.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records of testing instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals, rubber compounds, and testing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Fresher with a strong interest in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Testing, and Quality Assurance.
- Basic knowledge of rubber compounding, testing methods, and manufacturing processes will be preferred.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain reports and work in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor as well as in the laboratory

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
