Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Integration and PolicyCenter, capable of designing, building, and supporting robust insurance platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations and integrations
- Build and support integration components using Guidewire Integration Gateway, Web Services, Messaging, and Plugins
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across PolicyCenter and integration layers
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities




- Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience
- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (configuration and/or integration)
- Proven experience with Guidewire Integration — Gosu, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Messaging, Batch Processes, Plugins
- Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts (P&C; preferred)
- Experience with Java, XML, SQL
- Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

- Guidewire certification(s)
- Experience with ClaimCenter or BillingCenter
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
