Handling the technical team of facility management of Stellar 142

- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery.
- Manage energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.
- Respond to emergencies and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Strong technical expertise in Electrical/HVAC Systems is essential
- Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in facilities management, ideally in commercial buildings.
- Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work during emergencies or on-call,



as needed.
