Role – Manager – IT & TDS

Role Description

IT & TDS Manager will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end Income Tax and TDS compliance, advisory, assessments, and litigation support for a portfolio of clients. The role requires reviewing statutory compliances, handling client engagements, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery of assignments in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Income Tax and TDS compliance for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, trusts, and other entities.
- Review and file Income Tax Returns and TDS Returns accurately within statutory timelines.
- Prepare and review tax computations, advance tax workings, self-assessment tax, and tax planning assignments.
- Lead and mentor junior team members by reviewing their work and providing technical guidance.
- Support assignments relating to Valuation, Forensic Audit, Due Diligence, Process & Control Audit, and Virtual CFO services.

Requirements





- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2+ years of post-qualification experience are welcome to apply.
- Solid knowledge of the Income Tax Act, TDS provisions, tax assessments, and compliance procedures.
- Experience in handling Income Tax notices, scrutiny assessments, appeals, and departmental communications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax compliance software.
- Interest in learning and working across multidisciplinary service lines will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Freshly qualified CAs and candidates with relevant post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
