- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance overall team performance and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D; Aftermarket.
- Robust problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
- Experience working with integrated warehouse management systems and understanding their operational workflows.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
