About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and career-oriented MBA freshers to join our growing recruitment team as US / Canada IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition and aspire to build a successful career in international IT recruitment.

You will receive comprehensive hands-on training in US and Canada IT staffing, learning the complete recruitment lifecycle while working with global clients and cutting-edge technologies.

Training & Compensation

- Training Duration: 6 months of structured, hands-on training in US & Canada ITRecruitment
- Training Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Post-Training Salary: ₹21,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentive structure

- Learn and execute the complete US & Canada IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions for various IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process,



including interview feedback and offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA graduates (Freshers preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in US Shift (Evening/Night).
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage (training will be provided).
