- Plan, supervise, and execute electrical panel production activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, GA drawings, and wiring schematics.
- Ensure quality workmanship during panel assembly and wiring.
- Coordinate with stores, planning, purchase, and quality departments.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Lead and guide technicians and production staff to achieve production targets.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Eligibility - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in the manufacturing of MCC, PCC, APFC, Control Panels, Soft Starters,



HT & LT Panels.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical drawings, panel assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Familiarity with production planning and quality systems will be an added advantage.
