Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR policy documentation
- Contribute to daily HR operations and reporting tasks

Who Can Apply:





- Recent graduates or students pursuing MBA / BBA or equivalent in HR or related fields
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources
