ATS Share Brokers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily operational and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, data entry, client account maintenance, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth back-office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to trading, demat, and client accounts
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of client transactions
- Verify and process client documents (KYC, account opening forms, etc.)
- Coordinate with the front office/sales team for client-related queries and documentation
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, registers, and files
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and reports
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist in compliance-related documentation as per SEBI/exchange norms
- Coordinate with depository participants (DP)
and exchanges for account-related matters
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in back-office operations (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of stock market/broking operations preferred (not mandatory)
- Good computer skills – MS Excel, Word, and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle documentation systematically
